In The ToolBox we use the term Projects. These are the main ministry things you do either on a cyclical basis every week or on a special one time basis.

In church planting absolutely everything has to be developed for the first time. Then once a smooth pattern is established many things keep repeating as administrative functions or church programs.

The CC ToolBox contains over 500 such Projects from which to choose. There are over 100 of these that apply specifically to church planting.

All you have to do to get started is drag and drop a Project you need from the built in Library. Once you fully customize a ministry program plan you can save it in a User Library. You can check the material out of the User Library and use it over and over again as needed.

There is a full range of reports for you to use to put your planning on paper. You may choose to print out one Project at a time or an array of Projects in any combination you choose.

Each Project has a Title, Description. Responsibility assignment, Date and Action Items. When the information is customized to your needs many of the calculations are completed by the software saving you hours of labor.

Even with the largest of existing churches there almost always is a Project in The Ministry ToolBox already that parallels their current church activity. But in the case where there is nothing that rhymes with the existing program there are a full set of templates to use that save hours of planning.

The following is a list of all the Projects included that are specifically related to starting a church. These are only included in the CC ToolBox. Each is in addition to over 400 Projects that come with The Ministry ToolBox Professional. All the Projects are included for you. As a licenced user of CC ToolBox you have full rights to all the text as if you did it yourself. You can add, delete or modify in any way you see fit.

It is your model! It is everyone's model. There is no particular bent required. If you disagree with any of the thousands of ideas you are not encouraged to use them. You are encouraged to add your own ideas. The best churches have yet to be started! Make yours the best yet!
