The Church Creation ToolBox contains a sophisticated survey program with a library of over 500 questions from which to choose. There are four special surveys provided for starting churches.

• Launch Team Interim Evaluation Survey
• Church Starter Oversight Survey

The process for using this survey mechanism is simple. Define your target group to survey. Select or create your questions. Include the questions necessary to give cross reference results by, for example, age. Distribute the survey on paper, face-to-face or over the phone. Enter the data into the CC ToolBox. Let the software calculate the results and print the statistical reports. Use the information to adjust your plan.

The survey can be printed for distribution or completed interactively at a computer by each participant. Paper surveys are entered quickly and efficiently. The software calculates the results and creates a variety of reports.

This statistical information helps the church leaders know where to focus their energy.
