Returns Policy

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery only if
the item is damaged or defective upon receipt or is a
different item from the one you ordered. Any returns must
be accompanied with your name; a printed copy of your receipt; the credit card
number used for the purchase along with the expiration date;
and a written account of what is damaged,
defective, or which item was supposed to be delivered.
All returned items must be returned with the original
packaging and all enclosed materials. The delivery method and payment for the
returned items are your responsibility. For items that
are sold (on our site) as part of a multi-volume set, you must return
the entire set and not only the problem item. Your card will
be credited to the amount equal to the price of the item including initial shipping
charges for that item. If the item in any way does not meet our return criteria,
it will be returned to you and no credit will be given.
Damage constitutes severe scratches, tears, punctures,or similar
damage to the cover or pages, above and beyond normal
wear due to shipping and handling, that destroys the
asthetic appearance of the item or renders it difficult
or impossible to use.
Defects constitute missing covers or pages, incomplete
pages, covers or pages being upside-down or otherwise
misaligned, pages printed out of order, a faulty binding,
loose pages, or other such mistakes in the production of the item.
If the item is not the one you ordered, you must
demonstrate which item you did order. Byzantine Books
will not accept returns for items ordered by accident or
items that were simply not to the liking of the buyer.
Items that are damaged or altered after receipt cannot be
returned.

and may change at any time without prior notice to you.
