HEAVENLY GEL CANDLES COMPANY POLICY

At the current time, we can only ship products inside the Continental United States.

Orders are processed for shipment in 2 to 3 business days. The gel and soy candles are hand made and may take up to 7 business days to be made perfect for you.

All packages we ship to our customers are insured. When you receive your order, please check the package for damage such as meltage or breakage. If there is damage notify us immediately (within 24 hours) . We will have it picked up, then ship out a new order. We do not refund money due to damage caused during shipping.

We do not accept returns on products without prior approval. We cannot accept returns on scents due to the nature of the product. All items must be returned within 90 days of purchase. We will refund the full purchase price plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We are not responsible for any damage to the gel due to use of other products not sold by us. We are not responsible for damage due to misuse of our products.

If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please notify us immediately.

Placing an order with Heavenly Gel Candles indicates acceptance of all the terms and policies stated herein.

Any order shipped to Pennsylvania is charged the applicable sales tax.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, cashier's check or money order as payment. Please make cashier's check or money order payable to E-Connors Enterprises.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
