Returns: Stipulations: 1.
When we receive your return, the date you shipped it back to us will be
the determining factor, not the date we receive it.
If it is within the 30-day period (between the date we shipped it to you
and the date you shipped it back to us), we will accept it and refund your full
purchase price less shipping and handling. 2.
After the 30-day period stipulated above, the sale is considered final.
However, we want you to be happy and will negotiate a late return but with a
restock fee to cover our costs, (generally 20%). Simply email us at LesTek@cox.net
and tell us what the problem is. Leslie will do the best she can for you
and reply with our offer. 3.
Returned articles must be received in the
original condition with all packing materials, warranty cards, owners manuals,
CD’s, diskettes, and other components intact and unused.
Please do not ask us to accept goods that are missing these items or that
have been written on, (such as a warranty card filled out).
Upon inspection, any return that does not meet this stipulation may
either be refused or subject to a 20%
restocking fee that will be deducted from your credit. Directions
for Returning an Item:

Please provide a brief "Reason
for Return" with the article. 2.
Pack up the merchandise you are returning. Products must be returned in
the original manufacturer's packaging with the
packing slip. 3.
For your protection, we recommend insuring your return package. 4. You must ship your returned item within 30 days of our original ship date to receive a full refund of your purchase price. Ship

LLC NOTE: Sending Leslie an email before shipping the return would be helpful. Just send to LesTek@cox.net and specify Attention Leslie in the subject line. Then her people can be on the look out for your package and take it right to her for inspection as soon as it gets there.
