Did you ever want to be able to add a picture or a clip art image to a Microsoft Word document, Excel spreadsheet or PowerPoint presentation?  Well, now you can have the information you need to show you how to do it.  It really is not very difficult once you know a few simple steps.

These handouts are actually Microsoft Word Documents.  To download the version that is appropriate for your version of Office, simply click on the icon below that matches.  It will download to your temporary folder.  Then, open it in Microsoft Word by double clicking on the new document Icon in the folder and print it.  

(It is best printed on a color printer).
