Logging Into Les-Tek

 Why do you want me to provide Les-Tek with an email address?
The email address is required because our auto responder must have somewhere to send the confirmation information for your order.  We also need your email address to let you know if there is a problem like an item you ordered being temporarily out of stock.

 Shopping and Checkout

How do I make a purchase?
When you see an item you want, type the quantity into the box and click on the "Add to Cart" button to put it in your Shopping Cart. Then proceed to Checkout. There, you will need to fill out the information on the form and continue.  When the final checkout screen appears, you can either cancel which will take you back to the shopping cart where you can delete items or proceed with the finalization of the order.

 What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.  If using your credit card over the internet makes you nervous, you can print the information we need to ship your order and mail it with a check to:

 Will you collect sales tax on my order?
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on all orders shipped to Nebraska, the state in which our business is located.

 Shipping

How much will I pay in shipping charges?
Shipping charges are dependant on what you purchase, it's weight, where it is being shipped to and what shipping method you chose.  The shopping cart will calculate the charges accordingly and add them to your total price.  It has been our experience that shipping usually costs between $7.00 and $9.00 on the average for UPS Ground.

Please note: certain items incur a special shipping charge due to their weight, size, or origin. These special shipping fees are clearly indicated on individual product pages and throughout the checkout process.

How will you ship my order and when will it arrive?
We ship most orders within 24 hours of receiving them. The slowest and yet least expensive option is UPS GROUND which normally takes from 7 to 10 days.  Your order will be shipped via Ground to save you money unless you specify otherwise at checkout.

As soon as we ship your order from our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email.

Please note: your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different than your billing address. We use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information and to make sure that your credit card is not being used by someone other than you.  To protect you, we may email you to confirm that it is indeed you placing the order.

 Do you ship outside of the continental US?
No, but we are always striving to provide the best service possible to our customers and are currently working on finding ways to ship our products to more countries soon.

 Returns

Hassle-Free Return Policy: Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back! At Les-Tek we stand behind our products 100 percent. So, if you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back within 30 days of our original ship date. No prior authorization is needed. We will credit your charge card for the full amount of the purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees). Refurbished Merchandise

When you see (R) or (R) (Refurbished) after a product's Model number, it means that it has been "remanufactured" by the manufacturer and made like new.  It carries the same full warranty as a brand new item but is yours at a substantial discount.

These items are returns to the manufacturer for one reason or another.  They can then be sold in one of two ways.  Either as a slight defect, in which case they would show up in stores like T. J. Maxx or put through the manufacturing process and rebuilt into "Like New" products and sold at a discount as Refurbished.  In this case, the packaging is restored and the item carries the full manufacturers warranty just like it came off the assembly line.  The buyer gets a "New" item as good as any from a store but at terrific savings.  It is a smart way to buy.
